Definitely the best dance class I’ve been to Vanessa makes it fun and really enjoyable but defo hard work x

Before we joined classes with V my mum lacked confidence and self belief. She wouldn’t go to exercise classes never mind by herself.

She now goes twice a week every week even without me.

Vs classes are so much fun,a proper work out! All the classes are catered to every ability. There is always variations of each exercise to ensure everyone can join in!

V also did a charity burlex class for my work and it was a massive success!

Well, what can I say, I started Vanessa’s class aged 51 and I can honestly say the girl has class, I immediately felt welcome and she has inspired me to feel a whole lot better about myself.  She is so bubbly, bendy and loveable.  We have all build up a burlex community within the class and we all have fun.  So I would just like to thank Vanessa for providing this great wee class I love it and that’s all because of Vanessa and her commitment to us xx

i love going to my burlesque class and Vanessa is great instructor it’s not like fitness class and it’s fun and meet some fabulous people so big thanks to Vanessa from being great xx

I love got to Vanessa’s classes. She always makes you feel so welcome and always keeps you motivated. Also, there is always a great atmosphere in her classes.

Vanessa, is a fantastic Burlex Fitness Instructor. Her classes cater for all adult ages and abilities, allowing individuals to step it down when required without feeling awkward. The classes are also fun with long standing routines mixed with new ones. Brilliant social event that keeps you fit!
Cannot recommend Vanessa enough.

Vanessa is amazing. She makes sure everyone knows what they are doing and makes the class fun and effective with a big dash of sassy.

I’ve been going to Vanessa’s classes for 3 years. I was new to exercise and wanted to do something to keep me fit. Vanessa is great instructor. Routines are great fun and quick to learn. My fitness has greatly improved. Classes are more like a social event and I’ve made lots of new friends. Can’t recommend Burlex enough for all ages shapes and sizes.

Best class about!  Everyone is so lovely! V makes you feel at home, works you hard and keeps you laughing!
