Came accross this class by accident and was a bit apprehensive about going along  – there was no need to be as I was hooked from the very first time! Cara is a fantastic teacher and classes are such good fun. Over two years later and I have taken part in group performances at the Christmas Show as well as various charity events with a great bunch of ladies all ages, shapes and sizes. I absolutely love being part of this amazing group xx

This is the best dance / fitness class i have ever attended. Cara is a fantastic teacher, explaining all the moves before each dance. Amazing group of girls, all ages and sizes, shaking and shimmying building confidence with each move! love love love this class xx

Never thought 2 years on I’d be as hooked as I am with Burlex Fitness. Fabulous women, great music and just a brilliant environment to exercise and let your inner sexy diva go wild!! Best decision I made to go along xxx

Zumba Schmumba…..Burlex is by far the best and most fitness class I’ve been too. Fitness with a feather boa…what else need I say? Cara is really welcoming and everyone in the class is really friendly so if you fancy it try it, you’ll get fitter, more flexible and have a giggle too
